FAQ
Clear answers before you start.
What does LinkPulse check on each link?
That the page responds and still exists (no 404), that it lands on the expected destination after its redirects and, if you set one, that a specific text is still there: a “Buy” button, a price, your offer name.
What doesn’t LinkPulse check?
LinkPulse doesn’t fill in your forms or place orders. It reads the page as your server returns it, so text added later by JavaScript may not be seen. Pick text that is there on first load.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Just paste the public URL. It works with Systeme.io, WordPress, Shopify, Podia, Calendly, Stripe, a short link or a link in bio.
How often are my links checked?
You can mark up to 5 critical links: they are checked every 10 minutes. Other links are checked daily. You can also re-check a link at any time after a fix.
Will I get an alert every day?
No. LinkPulse emails you when a link breaks, then when it works again. While nothing changes, it stays quiet. Every failure is confirmed by a second check before you are alerted.
What if a site blocks automated checks?
Some platforms block bots or rate-limit visits. The link is then marked “To verify” in your workspace, without an alarming email, so you can check it yourself.
How many links can I monitor?
The 14-day free trial covers 10 links on one site. The subscription covers 30 links across 3 sites, subdomains included.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no commitment and you can cancel in two clicks from your account. Monitoring continues until the end of the paid month.
Does the free test on this page save my URL?
No. The tested URL is not saved. Only an anonymized fingerprint of your connection is kept for two days to prevent abuse.
Where is my data stored?
Your links and their history are hosted in the European Union, in Ireland, and are never sold or used for advertising.
